Use the following steps to turn on or off the Windows 11 Notification Center through the Local Group Policy Editor:-
Step 1: First, open Local Group Policy Editor.
Step 2: Next, in the Local Group Policy Editor, browse the following:-
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar
Step 3: Find the policy name Remove Notifications and Action Center on the right sidebar. Double-click and open it.
