How to Move the Windows 11 Taskbar to the Top, Left, or Right?
Follow the below-illustrated steps to change the location of the Windows 11 Taskbar:-
Step 1. First of all, open Registry Editor.
Step 2. After that, browse to the following key from the left side of the Registry Editor window:
Step 3. Then, double-click on the Settings REG_BINARY in the right pane of the StuckRects3 folder.
Step 4. When the “Edit Binary Value” window opens, you will see a table of binary numbers under the “Value data” section. Double-click on the 03 value under FE in the 00000008 row and make sure it is highlighted in blue.
Step 5. Next, press the Delete key from the keyboard to remove this value. Now, type one of the following values and click OK.

- 02: Move the Taskbar to the right.
