Use the following steps to change the default font in Microsoft Word Document:-

Step 1: Open Microsoft Word on your computer and go to the Home tab.

Step 2: In the Font group, you will find a Dialog Box that says LauncherClick on it.

Step 3: A new window called Font heading will appear on your screen.

Step 4: Select your desired “Font, Font Style, and Size” from the Font tab.

Step 5: Finally, go to the bottom of the page to find the “Set As Default” option and click on it.

Step 6: A new window on your screen that says, “All documents based on the Normal template?”. Select the radio button on it.

Step 1: Open Microsoft Excel on your computer.

Step 2: Go to the Dialog Box named Launcher arrow in the Font group after switching to the ‘Home’ tab.

Step 3: On the window “Format Cells” that opens after clicking on the Launcher arrow, switch to the “Font” tab. Select Font, Font Style, and Font Size.

Step 4: Click on OK to apply the changes.

Change the Default Font in Microsoft PowerPoint.

You can change the Default Font in Microsoft PowerPoint too. To do so, you need to change the Font in two fields: Title and Subtitle. You can use the following steps:-

Step 1: First, launch a PowerPoint document on your computer.

Step 2: Next, switch to the Home tab.

Step 3: In the Font group, go to the “Click to add title” area, and click on the dialog Box Launcher arrow.

Step 4: Set the desired Font, Font Style, and Size in the Font tab.

Step 5: Click on OK to apply the changes.

Step 6: For the document’s subtitle area, click on the Dialog Box Launcher arrow in the Font group to set the default Font details.

Step 7: From the Font tab, set the Font, Font Style, and Size.

Step 8: Finally, click on OK to apply the changes.
